Reformer Small Group
Personalised Semi-Private Reformer Pilates class for a small group of up to four clients on Reformer using props (weights, ring, ball, bends).
Full body workout for lean, long, and toned muscles. Good for core strength, better posture, and burning calories.
All levels are welcome, but we do recommend an Intro or a Private session before, especially for first timers.

Circuit Small Group
Personalised Semi-Private Studio Pilates class for a small group of up to four clients on Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, Spine Corrector and Mat.
Improve your technique and engage your small, deeper muscles. Good for balance, mobility, core strength, and body control.
For first timers we recommend a Pilates Intro or a Private session before the Circuit class.

Private Pilates Class
Tailor made individualised Pilates class on Cadillac and Reformer. Completely bespoke, personalized, and attentive.
Good for overall fitness, wellbeing, and faster progress on your Pilates journey. Available as a single (one-on-one) or a duet (two-on-one).
All levels welcome, including complete beginners or those with experience, also prenatal or postnatal, mid-injury or post-injury.

Pilates Intro Session
Introduction to Pilates aimed to familiarize first timers with Pilates principles, equipment, the Sentiré studio and the Sentiré approach.
We will assess your level and suggest what classes to take in the future, depending on your individual needs and goals.
Suitable for first timers or those with some experience who wish to learn more about Pilates foundations.
Price: £30 per person

New Approach
Instead of offering confusing packages, misleading pricing, and unrealistic expiry dates, we came up with a completely different approach, which we believe is more transparent and fair for our valued clients.
Loyalty Rewards
We will track attended classes on a three-month rolling basis and reward loyal clients with status, which will unlock automatic discounts for any purchase in Sentiré Pilates, including classes, merchandise, and in the bar/café.
Collect Points
You will also collect points for any purchase made in Sentiré Pilates, at a 1 point per £1 rate, which you can then redeem for a coffee or tea, juice or smoothie, glass of sparkling or rose, Pilates socks or even a Pilates class.

At Sentiré Pilates you pay-as-you-go for every class, when you book the class. If you want to pre-book multiple classes, you are more than welcome to do so. Feel free to re-book any class as long as it is within the cancellation period, after which the payment will go through regardless of whether you attend the class or not. We offer only one membership for our truly loyal VIP clients. VIP memberships are billed monthly via a direct debit on a rolling basis and can be cancelled with a one-month notice. VIP members still pay-as-they-go for each booked class, however they automatically receive a VIP status which entitles them to a maximum discount, certain perks, and other benefits.
